This instrument is very easy to handle and requires few touch skills.
It is mainly used to accompany the singing (harmonic singing, mantra singing, etc.).

Its operation is very similar to harmonium, but it has no keyboard. The top of the open bellows is hand-pumped. Inside the instrument, the air is pressed through metal reeds that vibrate for it. They produce the appropriate sound when the corresponding valve on the outside of the instrument has been opened.
13 one octave chromatic notes can be selected by opening the valves and thus making it possible to adjust to the singing voice.
