Rechargeable: The buckwheat houses on the meditation pad settle in after a while, so for your comfort, it can be replenished.
The height of the meditation pad can be adapted by removing part of the filling.
Outer cushion: cotton, zippered at bottom.
Inner cushion: raw cotton, closed with a cord.

Washing instructions: after removing the inner cushion with the filling, wash it separately in cold water.
