Zafu is a classic meditation cushion with a wide seat that provides greater comfort while practicing meditation or mindfulness.
These cushions are filled with premium quality buckwheat husks for a more comfortable sit.
They are available in 7 colors.
The cushion is filled with the hooves of buckwheat, so the seat is more comfortable. Outer cushion material: cotton.
Material inside cushion: cotton and is rechargeable.
Rechargeable: The buckwheat hooves on the meditation pad will give way after some time, so for your comfort, it needs to be replenished.
The height of the meditation pad can be adapted by removing some of the filling.
