Payment Methods

1. Means of Payment

COSMIC GONG SHOP offers the following payment methods:

1.1. Credit card

The customer can pay for the order using Visa or Mastercard credit cards with total security and convenience. Just enter your card details and confirm the payment.

The amount will be debited from your card and we will send your order. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

In the case of a refund, the associated credit card fees are deducted.

1.2. Paypal

Paypal payment is safe and fast. It implies that you have to have or create a Paypal account to proceed with the respective payment.

When making a purchase using Paypal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website where you will have to access your account and you will only have to enter your data to make the payment. After this process, you will automatically receive an order confirmation in your email.

Paypal charges additional 2.90% fee – customer may be charged for this fee

1.3. Bank transfer

At the end of the order, you will receive a confirmation email and payment details. The transfer can be made at any ATM or over the internet, through Homebanking services.

After payment, you will have to send proof of payment to the email shop@cosmicgongshop.com to validate the purchase. COSMIC GONG SHOP will update the status of the order and send the item(s).

The customer undertakes to make the transfer within 48 hours. If COSMIC GONG SHOP does not receive this confirmation within the aforementioned period, we will send you a reminder by email until you make the payment. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

In the case of making an international bank transfer, you can opt for a SEPA money transfer.

1.4. Multibanco Reference (Paypay)

Multibanco payments can be made at any ATM machine or over the internet, through Homebanking services.

Upon completion of the order, you will receive a confirmation email and payment details with an ATM reference.

The ATM reference is valid for 48 hours. If COSMIC GONG SHOP does not receive this confirmation within the aforementioned period, we will send you a reminder by email until you make the payment. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.

1.5. MBWAY

MBWAY payments can be made through the MBWAY application on your mobile phone. When finalizing the order, the customer must indicate his mobile phone number associated with the account in the app and then check the notifications. When opening the “Payment Pending” notification, you will be asked to validate the payment for the order by entering your MBWAY PIN or Touch ID.

This payment method is valid for 48 hours. If COSMIC GONG SHOP does not receive this confirmation within the aforementioned period, we will send you a reminder by email until you make the payment. If you wish to receive the tracking code for your order, please request it via email.
